As a ad on for the anon with the 'repressed female side' thing, first off, Peacocks are male, the gender neutral term for a peacock is a 'peafowl' and the female term is peahen, with that, lies an example to my comment, Peacocks are a lot more known and flashy then their dull brown female counterparts and I would think our lovely Miss Peacock is quite flashy herself so it fits.

Yup! Just coz I’m named after a boy thing don’t mean I ain’t a girl, there’s more to it than that! I ain’t no frump, that’s for sure. Loud and proud!

Also, the Doc told me my Argus Parasite’s named after some legend involving the peacock, too.

And… when I break out my Argus Agony move, I guess I kinda look like one, what with the laser head an’ the shape of the eyes array an’ all. I’m Peacock through and through!

Avery seems to be your only Female sidekick and your own robot parts are based on a male Peacock. Are you repressing your feminine side, or do you just not see enough positive female role models?
